This beautiful bottle with the loon comes with 8.4 ounces of Grade A Amber Rich Taste, of maple syrup,  it takes 40 gallon  sap to make a gallon of syrup. In the spring.we need cold nights and warm days.The trees have to freeze during the night, and when it warms up your sap start to flow. A maple tree gives you about a quarter of syrup per season.
